These Booking Terms & Conditions help ensure that everyone enjoys a safe, positive and well-organised experience. By making a booking with Belief Shift Global, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking Your Experience
Your booking will be confirmed once we have received your completed booking details together with the required deposit. Bookings are accepted subject to availability and confirmation by Belief Shift Global. Each event is subject to its own Event Agreement, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Payments
Unless otherwise stated within your Event Agreement, the following payment schedule applies:
Failure to make payments by the stated dates may result in your place being released.
3. Event Cancellation
Cancellation arrangements vary depending upon the type of event. The cancellation terms applicable to your booking will always be detailed within your individual Event Agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable. Where possible, requests to transfer a booking to another event may be considered at the discretion of Belief Shift Global but cannot be guaranteed.
Should Belief Shift Global need to postpone or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will be offered the options outlined within their Event Agreement.
4. Participant Wellbeing
Belief Shift Global creates educational, musical and wellbeing experiences designed to encourage reflection, learning and personal development. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally able to participate in the activities offered.
If you have any medical conditions, accessibility requirements or additional support needs that may affect your attendance, we encourage you to contact us before booking so that we can discuss how we may best support your participation.
5. Disclaimer
Belief Shift Global provides educational, musical and wellbeing experiences designed to support personal reflection, learning, relaxation and self-development. Our experiences are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition and should not be considered a substitute for advice or treatment from an appropriately qualified medical, psychological or healthcare professional.
Whilst many participants describe positive personal experiences, every individual’s journey is unique and we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. If you have concerns regarding your physical or mental health, we encourage you to seek advice from your GP or another appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
Belief Shift Global is committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information responsibly. Information collected during the booking process is used solely for the administration of your booking, the safe delivery of events and where applicable, to meet legal obligations.
We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties unless required by law or where necessary to administer your booking. Booking records and associated documentation are securely retained for a period of seven (7) years before being confidentially destroyed, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you in accordance with UK GDPR legislation.
7. Photography & Recording
From time to time photographs and video recordings may be taken during Belief Shift Global events for promotional, educational or marketing purposes. Where practical, participants will be informed in advance. If you prefer not to appear in photographs or recordings, please let a member of the Belief Shift Global team know before the event begins.
We will always endeavour to respect your wishes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Belief Shift Global remains the intellectual property of Belief Shift Global or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to:
No part may be reproduced, copied, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Website Information
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on our website, Belief Shift Global reserves the right to amend event details, venues, dates, facilitators, programmes or prices where necessary.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Belief Shift Global accepts no responsibility for the content or privacy practices of external websites.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
14. Force Majeure
Belief Shift Global shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation or failure to fulfil its obligations where such circumstances arise from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, illness, venue closures, government restrictions, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.

Belief Shift Global reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
